NOTICE OF REGULAR PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MEETING CITY OF TOMBALL, TEXAS MONDAY, MAY 13, 2019 6:00 P.M. Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the City of Tomball Planning & Zoning Commission, to be held on Monday, May 13, 2019 at 6:00 p.m., at City Hall, 401 Market Street, Tomball, Texas 77375, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. Discussion/Action of the Following Items: 5.0 New Business: 5.1 Consideration to Approve Final Plat of RALEIGH CREEK SECTION FIVE: Being 43.1591 Acres of land, situated in the Joseph Miller Survey, Abstract Number 50, Harris County, Texas, and also being a Replat of Reserve L and M of Raleigh Creek Section One, as recorded in Film Code No. 656125 H.C.M.R., and Reserve “K” and “N” of Raleigh Creek Section Four, as recorded in Film Code No. 682825 H.C.M.R. 5.2 Consideration to Approve Final Plat of RALEIGH CREEK SECTION SIX: Being 20.4254 Acres of land, situated in the Joseph Miller Survey, Abstract Number 50, Harris County, Texas, and also being a Replat of Reserve “L” and Reserve “N” of Raleigh Creek Section Five 5.3 Consideration to Approve Final Plat of SANDOZ CORNER: A Replat of Lots 17, 18, & 19 in Block 63 of Revised Map of Tomball, an addition in Harris County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Volume 4, Page 25, of the  Agenda Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting May 13, 2019 Page 2 of 2 Map Records of Harris County, Texas. Said Block 63 being situated in the Ralph Hubbard Survey (A-383). 5.4 Consideration to Approve Final Plat of SHOPS AT TOMBALL PARKWAY: A subdivision of a 1.9593 acre tract of land in the John M. Hooper Survey, Abstract No. 375, City of Tomball, Harris County, Texas. 5.5 Consideration to Approve Zoning Case P19-053: Request by Harpreet Mangat to amend Chapter 50 (Zoning) of the Tomball Code of Ordinances by rezoning approximately 3.6 acres of land legally described as Tracts 6, 7, 8 and 10 and Lot 9, Block 1 Hirschfield Farms Section 1 U/R, within the City of Tomball, Harris County, Texas, generally located at the northeast corner of SH 249 and Alice Road, from the Agricultural District to the Commercial District.  Conduct Public Hearing on Zoning Case P19-053 6.0 Adjournment CERTIFICATION I hereby certify that the above notice of meeting was posted on the bulletin board of City Hall; City of Tomball, Texas, a place readily accessible to the general public at all times, on the 9th day of May, 2019 by 5:00 p.m., and remained posted for at least 72 continuous hours proceeding the scheduled time of said meeting.
