MINUTES Vol. 27 Page 249 SMALL CITIES SUBCOMMITTEE REGULAR MEETING CITY HALL AUDITORIUM / ZOOM June 5, 2023 A REGULAR MEETING of the Small Cities Subcommittee of the City Council was held on Monday, June 5, 2023. Present at City Hall was Councilor Drake Waldron, and Treasurer Dan Farley. Councilor David Oliver joined via Zoom. Councilor Keri Hoehne was absent. Chairman Waldron called the meeting to order at 6:17 p.m. 189 Old Burrville Rd On a motion by Councilor Oliver, seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Small Cities Subcommittee voted unanimously to approve a subordination to Northwest CT Community Bank as described in the Treasurer’s email of June 1, 2023. Councilor Waldron explained that the lien will be in the same position and that they are refinancing the first mortgage.
