VISITORS: Jay Young, DP&L Representative, Sam Collier, Lyndell Lawson,

IV. Motion to Approve the Agenda
Mayor Cameron requested a Motion to approve the agenda. Councilmember
Staggs made the motion and it was seconded by Ms. Johnson. Roll call
resulted in 7 yes votes; and the Motion was approved.

Councilmember Kettelle, Councilmember McDonald, Councilmember
Staggs and Councilmember Vaughn
VII. Public Comments: Mayor will recognize any visitors/citizens who have
completed the sign-in sheet prior to the meeting.
Mr. Lyndell Lawson, Ward 1 - He's really pleased with the City's safety services
we have to offer after he relocated. Would like to see the City implement a
youth program and make it affordable for all.
IX. Motion to Approve the Consent Agenda
Mayor Cameron requested a Motion to approve the consent agenda. Ms.
Johnson made the Motion and it was seconded by Vice-Mayor Hankins. The
Motion was approved.

The twelth annual Business Awards Dinner will be held on Thursday,
November 7, 2013 at 5:30 p.m.

This business is now open located next door to Subway on Salem Avenue
offering quality dry cleaning service at discount prices.
D. 13-56 New Business Ribbon Cutting Ceremony September 25, 2013 - The
Ice Cream Parlour now open located at 722 E. Main Street in Olde
Town.
The ice Cream Parlour is now open for business located at 722 E. Main Street.
Business Hours are Monday-Saturday, 11a - 10p, Sunday 12-8 pm open year
around.

Channel 2.

at 2190 Shiloh Springs Road, Trotwood Ohio. Permit application
#5529850. A Motion is required.
Mayor Cameron requested a Motion to approve the liquor permit. A Motion
was made by Mrs. Staggs and seconded by Mr. Vaughn. Roll call requested in
seven (7) yes votes and the Motion carried.

XIII. Motion to Adjourn
Mayor Cameron requested a motion on this item. A motion was made that this
be approved by Councilmember Kettelle and seconded by Councilmember
McDonald. The motion carried by the following vote:
