Riege. VISITORS: Jay Young, DP&L Representative, Sam Collier, Lyndell Lawson, John Fecke. IV. Motion to Approve the Agenda Mayor Cameron requested a Motion to approve the agenda. Councilmember Staggs made the motion and it was seconded by Ms. Johnson. Roll call resulted in 7 yes votes; and the Motion was approved. Aye: 7- Mayor Cameron, Vice Mayor Hankins, Councilmember Johnson, Councilmember Kettelle, Councilmember McDonald, Councilmember Staggs and Councilmember Vaughn VII. Public Comments: Mayor will recognize any visitors/citizens who have completed the sign-in sheet prior to the meeting. Mr. Lyndell Lawson, Ward 1 - He's really pleased with the City's safety services we have to offer after he relocated. Would like to see the City implement a youth program and make it affordable for all. IX. Motion to Approve the Consent Agenda Mayor Cameron requested a Motion to approve the consent agenda. Ms. Johnson made the Motion and it was seconded by Vice-Mayor Hankins. The Motion was approved. Motion to Adjourn Mayor Cameron requested a motion on this item. A motion was made that this be approved by Councilmember Kettelle and seconded by Councilmember McDonald.
