Call to Order - Mayor Mary A. McDonald Mayor McDonald requested a motion to open this special meeting. A motion was made by Mr. Hankins ande seconded by Vice Mayor Gales. Roll call resulted in the following vote: II. Roll Call: Clerk of Council Present: 5 - Mayor Mary A. McDonald, Vice Mayor Bettye L. Gales, Councilmember Rap Hankins, Councilmember Robert L. Kelley Jr. and Councilmember Scotty A. Sly Sr. Absent: 2 - Councilmember Charles Ron Vaughn and Councilmember Rhonda C. Finley III. Motion to Approve Special Meeting Agenda Mayor McDonald requested a motion to approve th special meeting agenda. A motion was made to approve by Mr. Hankins and seconded by Vice Mayor Gales. Roll call resulted in the following vote: Aye: 5- Mayor McDonald, Vice Mayor Gales, Councilmember Hankins, Councilmember Kelley Jr. and Councilmember Sly Sr. A. Motion for the Law Director to draft an ordinance for the conveyance of 1.00 acre of surplus City owned land split from the 2.68 acre Parcel ID H33 00514 0025 located near the southeast intersection of SR 49 and Shiloh Springs Road in Trotwood Ohio, according to ORC 721.15, to Bernard Holdings LLC and declaring an emergency. Attachments: NEWS RELEASE SPECIAL MTG CITY COUNCIL MON. AUG 1, 2016.doc Mayor McDonald requested a motion for the law director to draft an ordinance for a land split to Bernard Holdings LLC located on parcel H33-00514-0025. A motion was made by Vice Mayor Gales and seconded by Mr. Sly, Sr. to approve. Roll call resulted in the following vote: Aye: 5- Mayor McDonald, Vice Mayor Gales, Councilmember Hankins, Councilmember Kelley Jr. and Councilmember Sly Sr. IV. Motion to Adjourn Mayor McDonald requested a motion to adjourn the special meeting.
