Call to Order: Mayor Mary A. McDonald Mayor McDonald Called the meeting to order at 6pm. Guests Present: David Hart, Frank Jackson, Jay Young, Miquel Taveras, Bethany Yost, Earnest Curry, Gary Howard, Judith Royer Staff Present: Deputy City Manager Stephanie Kellum, Deputy Clerk of Council David Young, Jeannie Peyton, Fred Burkhardt II. Pledge of Allegiance III. Roll Call: Deputy Clerk of Council Present: 5 - Mayor Mary A. McDonald, Councilmember Robert L. Kelley Jr., Councilmember Rap Hankins, Councilmember Charles Ron Vaughn and Councilmember James D. Williams II Absent: 2 - Vice Mayor Bettye L. Gales and Councilmember Rhonda C. Finley IV. Motion to Approve the Workshop Agenda Mayor McDonald requests a motion on this item. A motion was made by Councilmember Hankins, seconded by Councilmember Williams II, that this be approve the agenda as submitted. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Mayor McDonald, Councilmember Kelley Jr., Councilmember Hankins, Councilmember Vaughn and Councilmember Williams II V. Presentations Presentation to the Trotwood City Council Framing the 2017 Land Use and Economic Development Plan. Attachments: Trotwood Draft Plan REV 1-17-17 Deputy City Manager Kellum invited Jeannie Peyton - Planning and Zoning Administrator to share the presentation. Mrs. Peyton invited David Hart to give the Comprehensive Plan update. Mr. Hart gave the update. Mayor McDonald requested that the discussion be postponed to a later time when all of Council and citizens can be together to give all feedback necessary. a.
