Kelley Jr., Councilmember Rap Hankins, Councilmember Charles Ron Vaughn and Councilmember James D. Williams II IV. Motion to Approve the Workshop Agenda Mayor McDonald requests a motion on this item. A motion was made by Councilmember Hankins, seconded by Councilmember Finley, that this be approve the agenda as submitted. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Mayor McDonald, Vice Mayor Gales, Councilmember Finley, Councilmember Kelley Jr., Councilmember Hankins, Councilmember Vaughn and Councilmember Williams II V. Presentations A. Oath of Office for Fire and Rescue Chief Richard A. Haacke (5 minutes) Mayor McDonald provided the ceremonial Oath of Office to newly appointed Fire and Rescue Chief Richard Haacke. B. Oath of Office for Fire and Rescue Deputy Chief Thomas B. Barnett (5 minutes) Mayor McDonald provided the ceremonial Oath of Office to newly appointed Fire and Rescue Deputy Chief Thomas Barnett. C. Moss Creek Development Presentation (15 minutes) Attachments: PR06-17 Moss Creek Attachment City Manager Pope invited the Moss Creek Development group to give their presentation. E. Board and Commission Report: Council Member Hankins (5 minutes) Council Member Hankins gave his Board and Commission Report. F. Board and Commission Report: Council Member Williams (5 minutes) Council Member Williams gave his Board and Commission report. VI. Motion to Adjourn the Workshop Mayor McDonald requests a motion on this item. A motion was made by Vice Mayor Gales, seconded by Councilmember Kelley, Jr., that this be adjourned.
