Call to Order: Mayor Mary A. McDonald Mayor McDonald called the meeting to order at 6pm. She took a moment of silence for the recent school shootings. Guests Present: Jay Young, Sharron Williams, James Williams, John Fecke, Malonis Thompson, Kaitlin Schroder Staff Present: City Manager Quincy Pope, Clerk of Council David Young, Stephanie Kellum, Rick Haacke, Donna Bowman, Shawn Tucker, Fred Burkhardt, Erilk Wilson, Jeannie Peyton II. Gales and Charles Ron Vaughn IV. Motion to Approve the Agenda Mayor McDonald requests a motion on this item. A motion was made by Gales, seconded by Brown, that this be approve the agenda as submitted. Presentations A PRESENTATION REGARDING THE 2018 PARKS AND RECREATIONS CALENDAR - SHAWN TUCKER (10 MIN) Attachments: PR07-18 Attachment Shawn Tucker - Program Manager for Parks and Recreation presented the 2018 Parks and Recreation Calendar and the featured events that will happen. Mayor McDonald asked about Christmas Tree Lighting, Mothers Day and Fathers Day. Mr. Tucker said they will be supported at the Mayors direction. A PRESENTATION REGARDING AN UPDATE ON THE TROTWOOD COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT CORPORATION - FRED BURKHARDT (10 MIN) Attachments: PR08-18 Fred Burkhardt - Executive Director of the Trotwood Community Improvement Corporation shared his end of the year report.
