Resolution adopting Special Rules of Order for the Troy City Council, pursuant to §§ C-26 and C-31 of the Troy City Charter. 3. Resolution amending the Rules of Order and setting the dates of the regular meetings of the Troy City Council. 4. Resol~tion setting the salary ofthe President of the Council in addition to the salary as Council member. Setting the annual salary at $20,000. 5. Resolution selecting Council Member Mark McGrath as President Pro Tempore of the Council and setting the salary of the President Pro Tempore in addition to salary as Council member. Setting the annual salary at $17,500. 6. Resolution approving the City Clerk's appointment of Flora O'Malley as Deputy City Clerk and setting the annual salary of the Deputy City Clerk at a salary of$40,040. 7. Resolution approving the City's Clerk's appointment of Carla Kutzer as Assistant to the City Clerk and setting the annual salary of the Assistant to the City Clerk at a salary of $27,835. 8. Resolution designating City Clerk Patricia O'Brien Acting ~ity Auditor and serving with no additional salary. 9. Resolution appointing Jason Schofield as Legislative Assistant to the Council and setting the annual salary of the Legislative Assistant to the Council at a salary of $10,000. 10. Resolution designating M&T Bank, Pioneer Commercial Bank, First Niagara and Bank of Amel'ica the official depositories for the City of Troy. 12. Resolution authorizing the City Council President to seek proposals for independent auditing services regarding City of Troy finances and to submit the same to the City Council for approval. 13. Resolution appointing Commissioners of Deeds for the City ofTroy. 14. Resolution appointing and confirming members of the standing committees of the Council. This notice pursuant to § 2-16 of the Troy City Code cancels the proposed Thursday, January 7, 2016 Organizational (Regular) meeting that was improperly called. A Finance Committee meeting will be held on Monday, January 4, 2016 at 5:00p.m. in Troy City Hall.
