The Meeting was called to order at 6:03 pm by Committee Chair McGrath.
Roll Call: The roll being called the following committee members answered to their names: Committee
Chair McGrath, Council Member Gulli, Council Member Doherty and Corporation Counsel Caruso.
Also in attendance were Mayor Madden and Council member Ashe-McPherson
Council Chairman McGrath opened the meeting and made a motion to go into Executive Session.
Council member Gulli 2nd the motion.
