Minutes of the TROY CITY COUNCIL GENERAL SERVICES COMMITTEE MEETING January 25, 2018 6:30 P.M. The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Committee Chair Bissember. Pledge of Allegiance: Jim Gulli Roll Call: The roll being called the following answered to their names: Council Member Gulli, Council Member Cummings, Council President Mantello, Council Member Bissember, Chair. Council Member Kennedy was also present. In attendance were Mayor Patrick Madden, Deputy Mayor Monica Kurzejeski, Deputy Comptroller Andy Piotrowski, Deputy Director of Public Information John Salka, and Commissioner of General Services Charles Wojton. 35. Resolution Confirming The Appointment Of Charles Wojton As Commissioner Of General Services. (Council Member Bissember) (At The Request Of The Administration) Bissember made a motion to amend the resolution to replace the word “may” with “shall” in paragraph 1.
