The meeting was called to order at 7:06 p.m. by Council President Mantello.
Roll Call: The roll being called the following answered to their names: Council Member
McGrath, Council Member Cummings, Council Member Bissember, Council Member Kennedy,
Council President Mantello, Chair. Council Member Gulli and Council Member Paratore were
absent.
52. Resolution Authorizing The Mayor Or Designee To Enter Into A Contract With
Humana For The Purpose Of Changing The Health Benefits For Certain Employees
(Retirees) From Empire Mediblue Freedom PPO To Humana PPO Plan 10 And 20 For
