(Council President Mantello) (At The Request Of The Administration) RESOLUTIONS  Ord# 15 ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2018 GENERAL FUND BUDGET AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM THE CAPITAL RESERVE TO FUND REPAIRS AT THE KNICKERBACKER ICE RINK The City of Troy, convened in City Council, ordains as follows: Section 1. The City of Troy 2018 budget is herein amended as set forth in Schedule A entitled: April 2018 Budget Amendments – General Fund Ice Rink Repairs which is attached hereto and made a part hereof Section 2. This act will take effect immediately. Approved as to form March 12, 2018 James A. Caruso, Corporation Counsel  Ord# 15 MEMO IN SUPPORT This ordinance appropriates funding from the General Fund’s Capital Reserve to provide necessary funding for the repairs to the Knickerbacker Ice Rink. These repairs are needed in order to repair the compressors along with the gas in the lines to reopen operations at the facility. The Capital Reserve had a balance of $3,754,653 at the end of the 2016 fiscal year, with the ending balance as of December 31, 2017 to be completed upon completion of the 2017 Annual Update Document (AUD).
