Minutes of the TROY CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING January 3, 2019 7:00 P.M. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Council President Mantello. Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call: The roll being called, the following answered to their names: Council Member Gulli, Council Member McGrath, Council Member Paratore, Council Member Cummings, Council Member Bissember, Council President Mantello, Chair. Council Member Kennedy arrived at 7:05 p.m. In attendance were Mayor Patrick Madden, Deputy Mayor Monica Kurzejeski, and Corporation Counsel James Caruso. Approximately 25 members of the public attended. Public Forum: No one came forward. 1. Resolution Amending The Rules Of Order And Setting The Dates Of The Regular Monthly Meetings Of The Troy City Council (Charter Section C-19). (Council President Mantello) Resolution added by unanimous consent. Resolution passed 6 ayes, zero nos. Public Forum:  Tina Urzan, 6th Avenue, spoke regarding reverter clauses.  Peggy Kowack, 114th Street, spoke regarding Council responsibilities and the Uncle Sam Celebration Committee.
