Minutes of the TROY CITY COUNCIL GENERAL SERVICES COMMITTEE July 2, 2019 5:30 P.M. The meeting was called to order at 5:31 p.m. by Committee Chair Bissember. Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call: The roll being called, the following answered to their names: Council Member Gulli, Council Member Cummings, Council President Mantello, Council Member Bissember, Chair. Council Member Kennedy was also present. In attendance were Mayor Patrick Madden, Deputy Mayor Monica Kurzejeski, Deputy Comptroller Andy Piotrowski, Commissioner of General Services Charles Wojton, and Fire Chief Eric McMahon. Approximately 10 members of the public attended. Public Forum:  Jeremy Snyder, Euclid Avenue, Delmar. The following items were discussed: Siemens and the LED Street Light Peak Performance Agreement Frear Park Ice Rink and Troy Albany Youth Hockey Funding for bus transportation and additional youth services The seawall, marina and Riverfront Park expansion Leonard Hospital Community Choice Aggregation Adjournment The meeting adjourned at 7:10 p.m. An audio recording of this meeting is on file at the City Clerk's office.
