Minutes of the TROY CITY COUNCIL GENERAL SERVICES COMMITTEE August 8, 2019 6:00 P.M. The meeting was called to order at 6:02 p.m. by Committee Chair Bissember. Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call: The roll being called, the following answered to their names: Council Member Gulli, Council Member Cummings, Council President Mantello (ex officio), and Council Member Bissember, Chair. In attendance was Deputy Mayor Monica Kurzejeski. Approximately 30 members of the public attended. Public Forum: The following individuals spoke regarding Ord. 73 except where noted.  Justin Dupone, Mount Pleasant Avenue  Henry Free, 2nd Street  Liz Moran, 3rd Street  Judith Enck, Big Toad Road, Poestenkill  Drea Leanza, 5th Avenue  Dan Frament, 1st Street  Laura Rabinow, Madison Street  Sasha, Adams Street  John Hughes, Brunswick Road, regarding Resolutions 50 and 56.  Pat Clemeoux, Washington Street 71. Ordinance Amending The Troy City Code, Chapter 148, Electricians (Council Member Bissember, Council President Mantello) Ordinance amended to replace “for a fee of $300” in § 148-10 with ”at the following rates: 1. Residential (3 units or less), $200.00; 2. Antenna/Solar, $300.00; 3. Commercial, $500.00.” Amended ordinance passed 3 ayes, 0 nos. 72. Ordinance Amending The Troy City Code, Chapter 228, Plumbers (Council Member Bissember, Council President Mantello) Ordinance passed 3 ayes, 0 nos. 73. The Plastic Free Hudson River Ordinance To Amend The Troy City Code, Chapter §189 (Council Member Bissember) Ordinance passed 3 ayes, 0 nos. 50. Resolution Determining That Proposed Type I Action Shall Have No Significant Adverse Impacts On The Environment (Council President Mantello) (At The Request Of The Administration) Resolution passed 3 ayes, 0 nos. 56. Resolution Determining That Proposed Unlisted Action Shall Have No Significant Adverse Impacts On The Environment (Council President Mantello) (At The Request Of The Administration) Resolution passed 3 ayes, 0 nos.
