Minutes of the TROY CITY COUNCIL FINANCE COMMITTEE August 22, 2019 6:00 P.M. The Polish-American Club 507 1st Street, Troy, NY 12180 The meeting was called to order at 6:05 p.m. by Council President Mantello.
