PUBLIC NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE of the following schedule of Troy City Council standing committee meetings for the Proposed 2022 Budget. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis and pursuant to NYS legislation S.50001/A.40001, these meetings shall be held remotely via videoconference and live-streamed on the City Council’s YouTube channel. All meetings will begin with a preliminary hearing where residents may ask questions regarding the budget pertaining to that committee. Answers are to be provided by the Mayor and/or department head. Should the Mayor or department head be unable to provide an answer at the meeting, one will be provided in writing and will be available from the City Clerk's office or at http://www.troyny.gov/departments/finance/budget/. Troy residents who wish to ask questions during the preliminary hearing must have the ability to join the Zoom meeting via computer or phone and will be required to pre-register for the meeting. The link to register for the meeting will be posted at least 24 hours before the meeting on the Council Agenda and Minutes page. You must register for the meeting by 3 pm on the day of the meeting. Alternatively, residents may email their questions to cityclerk@troyny.gov and the City Clerk will forward the questions to the Mayor, the City Council, and/or the department head.
