Minutes of the TROY CITY COUNCIL Finance Meeting September 18th, 2025 6:00 P.M. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Council President Steele. Resolution Of Troy City Council Authorizing And Scheduling A Public Hearing On Proposed Local Law No. 2 Of 2025, Amending Chapter 2 Of Troy City Code To Add Article VII, Section 2-51 “Videoconferencing” (Council Member Vera) Resolution passed 4 ayes, 3 nos (Keal, Sorriento, Casey), 0 abstentions. 0 absent 96.
