ACTION MINUTES OF TULARE MEASURE I CITIZEN OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE, CITY OF TULARE March 25, 2019 A meeting of the Measure I Citizen Oversight Committee was held on Monday, March 25, 2019, at 5:30 p.m., in the Community Room, City Hall, 411 East Kern Avenue, Tulare, CA 93274 MEMBERS PRESENT: Richard Dituri, Wayne Ross, Maria Grijalva, Michelle Rowsey5:47 p.m. STAFF PRESENT: Darlene Thompson, Roxanne Yoder I. CALL TO ORDER MEETING Vice Chair Dituri called the meeting to order at 5:31 p.m. II. CITIZEN COMMENTS Vice Chair Dituri advised that comments from the public are limited to items listed on the agenda (GC 54954.3a). Speakers will be allowed three minutes. Please begin your comments by stating and spelling your name and providing your city of residence. There were no public comments. III. NOMINATION AND SELECTION OF CHAIR AND VICE CHAIR It was moved by Member Ross, seconded by Member Grijalva and carried 3 to 0 to appoint Vice Chair Dituri to serve as Chair. It was moved by Chair Dituri, seconded by Member Grijalva and carried 3 to 0 to appoint Member Ross as Vice Chair. IV. General discussion, and questions and answers (1) Review of Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) and proposed budget specific to Measure I Fund. Finance Director Darlene Thompson provided a report for the Committee’s review and consideration. Ms. Thompson highlighted a schedule of Measure I revenues and expenditures, and responded to questions related thereto. Informational meeting only, no action was requested of the Committee. //// V.
