CONVENE: 8:30 a.m.
PRESENT: Mayor Debbie Sullivan Councilmembers Peter Agabi, Michael
Althauser, Joan Cathey, Leatta Dahlhoff, Angela Jefferson, Eileen
Swarthout.
Excused: Councilmember Kelly Von Holtz joined for 15 minutes via
zoom, then signed off due to illness.
Staff: City Administrator Lisa Parks, City Attorney Karen Kirkpatrick,
Administrative Services Director Michelle Sutherland, Community
Development Director Mike Matlock, Fire Chief Brian Hurley, Parks
& Recreation Director Chuck Denney, Police Commander Jay Mason,
Transportation & Engineering Director Brandon Hicks, Water
Resources & Sustainability Director Dan Smith and Executive
Assistant Brittaney McClanahan.
Excused: Communications Manager Ann Cook
Facilitator: Nancy Campbell
WELCOME, City Administrator Lisa Parks and Mayor Sullivan welcomed the
DISCUSSION OF Council and staff. City Administrator Parks introduced Nancy
STRATEGIC Campbell, the facilitator for the strategic priority discussion. Facilitator
PRIORITES AND Campbell shared her feedback from her interviews with Council.
GOALS Council and Mayor worked on and discussed the Strategic Priorities and
Goals.
ADJOURNMENT: The retreat was adjourned at 3:00 p.m.
