APPROVAL OF MINUTES Council President Pro Tem: As the Council has received a synopsis of the previous meeting, I move that we dispense with the reading of the minutes of the same unless there are any deletions, additions, or corrections. 3. PROCLAMATIONS AND STATEMENTS BY MAYOR AND COUNCIL Mayor Announcements Mayor Maddox will present a proclamation proclaiming the week of August 3-9, 2025, to be “ National Farmer’s Market Week”. ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS OF A GENERAL NATURE OR PERMANENT OPERATION FOR INTRODUCTION Appointing Gisela DeLoach to the Tuscaloosa Sister Cities International Board of Directors (may be adopted by unanimous consent following introduction). P10 Annexing approximately 4.03 acres located north of 9710 Highway 69 South and south of 9200 Highway 69 South into the corporate limits of the City of Tuscaloosa; Ward Family Partnership, LTD (AN-08-25/OCA-25-0880) (may be adopted by unanimous consent following introduction). PP11- 14 Annexing approximately 1.8 acres located 15104 Burnt Pines Road into the corporate limits of the City of Tuscaloosa; Whitney and Brentley Keith (AN-11-25/OCA-25-1020) (may be adopted by unanimous consent following introduction).
