City of Tybee Island Infrastructure Draft Min. 4-8-21 Peter Gulbronson went over improvements to the Old MSC. Walter Hattrich went over Old MSC renovation. Looking to be operational beginning of May. Additional more detailed work will happen after it’s reopened. Guard House PG – needs a little more paint. Working diligently on crossovers on the beachside. Pond JC cleaning around it. Lots of recycling happening with increased visitors. Still on track for SE Bathrooms for the May meeting. Shawn Gillen - Went over updated Building Assessment Spreadsheet. Laboratory at W/S will be totally replaced. (Add to packet.) 4. Waiting on drawings from Maria Procopio for planters and fencing. CM – Daringage Plan meeting kickoff happened Monday. PG gave a rundown of that meeting. Came up with a schedule . There will be some public meetings on the topic. Where do we want lift stations and where do we want them draining. Spoke about using the sea-rise study. Exploring using an interactive map – possible public meeting in mid-May. (check tape) Want to make a model of the island as well. Spoke about parking lots.
