7-19-19 Meeting of the TIMSC AD HOC Committee

City of Tybee Island Tybee Island Marine Science Center ad hoc Committee Minutes 7-19-19 In attendance: Wanda Doyle, George Shaw, Barry Brown, Alice Jonsson, Tom Olson, Chad Z, Matt Lieb, Matt Schivera, Bill Mock, Maria Procopio, Karen Robertson, Craig Clements Wanda Doyle called the meeting to order at 11 AM. Barry Brown made a motion to approve the draft minutes from 7-19-19. Matt S. seconded the motion. Motion approved. Maria Procopia gave a computer presentation about the capital campaign and showed the IKEA idea board. The capital campaign is called “Bringing the Outside In”. Matt Schivera and Matt Lieb presented the schedule. Matt Lieb went over “Two Week Look Ahead” and outstanding submittals. Revised plans were issued last week. Should have a report on that in the next two weeks. Matt Lieb went over outstanding submittals and open RFIs. The group discussed some Change Orders. Wanda Doyle asked Maria Procopio to do a presentation to the 2nd Council meeting of August. Committee is invited. It will be at 7:00 PM. Barry Brown made a motion to adjourn. Matt S. seconded. Meeting adjourned at 11:30. Next meeting will be August 16th, 2019, at 11:00 AM.
