City of Tybee Finance Committee 8/22/19 Draft Minutes In attendance: Monty Parks, John Branigin, Shawn Gillen, Alice Jonsson, Jason Patterson, Jason Buelterman (by phone) John Branigin called the meeting to order at 3:30. John Branigin – Motion – A multi-phased RFP should be endorsed by the group. Monty Parks seconded. Action Item – Shawn Gillen will do an RFP for a Class and Comp study, first deliverable for the Police, then for TIFD, then for the rest of the City of Tybee. John Branigin made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 3:54. Monty Parks seconded. Motion passed.
