That’s an active 5 license out of that location? 6 I don’t remember a license out of that 7 location. I thought that place was closed; the 8 Piano Bar? 9 COMMISSIONER MARTINETTI: No, no, this 10 is -- 11 MS. NOVA: It -- 12 COMMISSIONER MARTINETTI: I don’t think 13 that’s the Piano Bar. That’s further down. It’s 14 more into the middle of the street. 15 MAYOR STACK: I just want to be sure. 16 COMMISSIONER MARTINETTI: Yeah. I’m not 17 sure if -- 18 ACTING CITY CLERK: That was in the list 19 that Rick send me. 20 MAYOR STACK: There’s been mistakes made 21 before though -- 22 MR. FARMER: What number are we at? 23 ACTING CITY CLERK: Number -- 24 COMMISSIONER MARTINETTI: 1313. 25 ACTING CITY CLERK: Yeah.  20 1 MR. FARMER: Three. Number 3? 2 MAYOR STACK: It’s closed. 3 MS. NOVA: I believe that what happens is 4 that -- it’s closed but -- 5 MR. VELAZQUEZ: That one resident that 6 lived on the top. 7 MAYOR STACK: Right. 8 COMMISSIONER MARTINETTI: Okay. 9 MAYOR STACK: It’s closed but -- 10 Right. 11 MS. NOVA: It’s closed but the location 12 that the State has is still that location because 13 they haven’t switched any address; it hasn’t been 14 transferred to any location. 15 MAYOR STACK: Okay. 16 MS. NOVA: So for purposes of the cited 17 premises, this is the location. But it’s closed 18 right now. 19 So it’s not considered a pocket license 20 exactly but it -- 21 MAYOR STACK: But here’s my question. 22 MS. NOVA: -- it’s essentially a pocket 23 license. 24 MAYOR STACK: Can they reopen at that 25 location without coming to us?  21 1 MS. NOVA: They would have to -- 2 MR. FARMER: Yes. 3 MAYOR STACK: Can they, Greg? 4 MR. FARMER: I think they can. 5 I mean if they’re closed, they pay the fee, 6 they just really have the lights turned off. 7 MAYOR STACK: If I remember this correctly 8 -- and I could be wrong on this -- I thought they 9 were trying to operate at one point as a party 10 hall place. And then the Building Department got 11 involved -- yeah -- like six months or a year 12 ago. 13 COMMISSIONER FERNANDEZ: I remember. 14 MAYOR STACK: The Building Department 15 got -- 16 Remember? 17 COMMISSIONER FERNANDEZ: Yes. 18 MAYOR STACK: We saw signage out. 19 COMMISSIONER FERNANDEZ: Yeah. 20 MAYOR STACK: That’s right. 21 There was signage up that they were trying 22 to rent it as a party hall. 23 Can we take this off the list and just 24 double check it and -- 25 MS.
