12 Hall, 3715 Palisade Avenue, Third Floor, Union
13 City, New Jersey.
14 This meeting has been called in accordance
15 with Chapter 231, Public Law of 1975, the Open
16 Public Meeting Act.
17 Adequate notice of this meeting has been
18 provided as follows:
19 Notice of this meeting set forth the time,
20 the date, location, and the -- on the agenda to
21 the extent known was forwarded to The Jersey

12 of the Board to School Estimate.
13 MS. VANEK: Mayor, for the record, we would
14 typically recommend that Commissioners Fernandez,
15 Valdivia and Martinetti recuse on this matter.
16 But under the doctrine of necessity we
17 recommend that Commissioner Valdivia vote.
18 MAYOR STACK: So the members of the Board
19 of School Estimate now will be Commissioner
20 Valdivia, Commissioner Rivas, --
