OTHERS PRESENT: There were none.
1. CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL AND DECLARATION OF QUORUM
The Urbana Arts and Culture Commission was called to order at 4:34 P.M by Sammann.
Hicks-Layman took roll and a quorum was declared present after the joining of
Commissioner Robinson, who joined the meeting at 4:41 P.M.
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
Sammann moved to approve minutes from February 9th, 2021. Hedlund seconded. With
no changes, all were in favor and minutes were approved.
3. ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA
There were none.
4. PUBLIC INPUT
There was none.
5. PRESENTATIONS
• 2021 Urbana Arts Grant Award Presentation– Rachel L Storm, Urbana Arts and
Culture Coordinator & HeatherAnn Hicks-Layman, Office Specialist
Storm and Hicks-Layman presented the award list of Tier I, Tier II, Arts in the Schools,
and Tier III awardees for the 2021 Urbana Arts Grant cycle.
