Dr. Evelyn Underwood, Members of the Media I. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL With a quorum present, Mayor Marlin called the public hearing to order at 7:01pm. Mayor Marlin stated this public hearing was being held to receive public input concerning a proposed sale by public auction of a parcel of real estate owned by the City, commonly known as 1301 East Washington Street, Urbana, Illinois (PIN 92-21-16-327-011). II. PUBLIC INPUT Rev. Dr. Evelyn Underwood spoke about the restrictions in the information provided for this property. She asked whether it was ready to be sold without having to go through plan commission, to which Mayor Marlin answered affirmatively. III. ADJOURNMENT There being no further comments or questions, Mayor Marlin declared the public hearing adjourned at 7:03pm.
