CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL With a quorum present, Mayor Marlin called the public hearing to order at 7:00 p.m. Mayor Marlin opened the hearing and stated the purpose of the hearing, to receive public input on a proposed agreement authorizing Prairie Fruits Farm & Creamery, LLC to lease from the City of Urbana certain parcels of real estate having PINs 25-15-29-400-023 and 25-15-29-400-024, located east of the intersection of Olympian Drive and N. Lincoln Avenue in Somer Township in unincorporated Champaign County. The parcels will be used for vehicle parking and farming. II. PUBLIC INPUT There was none. III. ADJOURNMENT There being no further comments or questions, Mayor Marlin declared the meeting adjourned at 7:02 p.m. Charles A.
