APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING Alderwoman Ammons made a motion to approve minutes from meeting held on October 6, 2014. Alderman Roberts seconded. Motion carried by voice vote. C. ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA There were none. D. PETITIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS Bishop King James and Rev. REPORTS OF SPECIAL COMMITTEES Alderman Roberts presented a reminder that the Sister City Committee of Urbana is still planning on sending a delegation to Theonville, France in mid-November, and that interested parties should contact the Mayor. Alderman Brown presented information regarding the Library Board approving an E-resource called “Mango”, which allows you to learn foreign languages through Mango online through the Urbana Free Library website.
