APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING Alderman Ammons made a motion to approve minutes from the meeting held on June 1, 2015. Alderman Jakobsson seconded. Motion carried by voice vote. C. ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA There were none. D. PETITIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS The following residents addressed the council in opposition of Ordinance No. 2015-06-062. Josh Acree; Phillip R. Van Ness; and Michelle Scott. Gerald Persley did not wish to speak, but wanted noted on record that he is in opposition of Ordinance No. 2015-06-062. Debra Reardanz representing Clark-Lindsey addressed the council in favor of Ordinance No. 2015-06-060. Bishop King James Underwood did not wish to speak, but asked that his position be entered into the record regarding his concerns for the Dr. Ellis Subdivision sewer issues. E. Community Development Director Elizabeth Tyler and Planning Intern Matthew Rejc presented Ordinance No 2015-06-062 with recommendation for approval. Alderman Smyth move to amend Ordinance No. 2015-06-064 as follows: Allocate $75,000.00 from Social Service funding to police budget. Alderman Madigan seconded. Motion carried by voice vote. After amendment, motion to approve ordinance No. 2015-06- 064 as amended carried by roll call vote.
