APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING Alderman Roberts made a motion to approve minutes from the meeting held on October 3, 2016. Alderman Jakobsson seconded. Motion carried by voice vote. C. ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA There were none. D. PETITIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS Bishop King James and Rev. Dr. Evelyn B. Underwood did not wish to speak, but asked that their position be entered into the record regarding the Dr. Ellis Subdivision sewer issues. Ordinance No. 2016-09-084: An Ordinance Adopting and Approving the Redevelopment Plan and the Related Redevelopment Projects for the Proposed Central Redevelopment Project Area of the City of Urbana, Champaign County, Illinois Alderman Jakobsson made a motion to approve Ordinance No. 2016-09- 084. The facility will be open to the public for tours on Wednesday, October 19 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm and Thursday, October 20 from 1:00pm to 5:00pm. I. NEW BUSINESS There was none. J.
