CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL There being a quorum, Mayor Prussing called the special meeting of the Urbana City Council to order at 5:33 p.m. II. PETITIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS There were none. III. COUNCIL ORIENTATION AND TRAINING [LEGAL] James Simon (City Attorney) gave an overview of the Legal Division and reviewed Open Meetings Act and parliamentary procedures with the Council. Urbana City Council (SPECIAL) Minutes: June 10, 2013 Page 2 of 2 This was a training and informational session and did not warrant Council action.
