Vine Street, Urbana, Illinois. Madigan, Alderman Ward 6 Diane Marlin, Alderwoman Ward 7 Laurel Lunt Prussing, Mayor ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT VIA TELECONFERENCE None ELECTED OFFICIALS ABSENT Phyllis D. Clark STAFF PRESENT William Gray; Wendy Hundley; Mike Monson; James Simon OTHERS PRESENT None A. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL There being a quorum, Mayor Prussing called the meeting of the Urbana City Council to order at 7:00pm. Urbana City Council Minutes: March 14, 2016 Page 2 of 2 B. PETITIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS There were none. C. Closed Session: To Consider Property Acquisition Issues, Pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(5) A motion to go into closed session to consider property acquisition issues, pursuant 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(5) was made by Alderman Smyth and seconded by Alderman Roberts. Voting Aye: Ammons, Brown, Jakobsson, Madigan, Marlin, Roberts, Smyth Opposed: none Council moved into Closed Session. The body went back into open session at 7:35 via motion by Roberts, seconded by Smyth and carried by unanimous voice vote. D.
