Call To Order and Roll Call There being a quorum, Mayor Prussing called the special meeting of the Urbana City Council to order at 7:00 p.m. *Alderman Michael P. Madigan joined the meeting at 7:04 p.m. II. Petitions and Communications There were none. III. Closed Session: Pending Litigation Issues, Pursuant to I ILCS 120/2(c)(11) Alderman Ammons made a motion to go into close session. Alderman Smyth seconded.
