CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL There being a quorum, Mayor Marlin called the meeting of the Urbana City Council to order at 5:38pm by Mayor Marlin. Ordinance No. 2017-06-034: An Ordinance Amending Urbana City Code Chapter Three, Section 3-43 (Increasing number of Class BW liquor licenses for Downtown Creations, LLC, d/b/a Blackbird., 119 W. Main, Urbana, IL 61801) – [COW 06-26-17] Ordinance No. 2017-06-034 was introduced by Mayor Marlin. Alderman Roberts moved approval, seconded by Alderman Ammons. With no further discussion Mayor Marlin asked for a vote. Roll Call: Aye: Ammons, Hazen, Roberts, Wu Nay: none D. Ordinance No. 2017-06-035: An Ordinance Amending Urbana City Code Chapter Three, Section 3-43 (Increasing number of Class R-2 liquor licenses for Lumen, Inc., 300 S. Broadway Ave., unit #142, Urbana, IL 61801) - [COW 06-26-17] Ordinance No. 2017-06-035 was introduced by Mayor Marlin. Alderman Roberts moved approval, seconded by Alderwoman Wu. With no further discussion Mayor Marlin asked for a vote. Roll Call: Aye: Ammons, Hazen, Roberts, Wu Nay: none E.
