CALL TO ORDER  Called to order by Hensch at 0730 hrs.  MEMBERS PRESENT: Clapp, Nightlinger, Dilley, Thomas, Hensch, Phillips  MEMBERS ABSENT: Neal  GUESTS: II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: 1st by Phillips 2nd by Dilley Passed 6 Yays, 0 Nays III. PUBLIC COMMENT (5 MINUTE LIMIT EACH): IV. NEW BUSINESS  Temporary Elections- Nominations were as follows: - Tristan Thomas nominated by Mark Ashby - Craig Dilley nominated by Fred Westhoff - Mike Phillips nominated by Matt Ennis - Matt Ennis nominated by Bill Morfey - Mike Jannusch nominated by Craig Dilley - Fred Westhoff nominated by Lee Buxton - Greg Smith nominated by Craig Dilley - Roy Lane nominated by Craig Dilley - Lee Buxton nominated by Matt Frazier  Motion made to close nominations by Dilley, 2nd by Phillips, Passed 6 yays, 0 nays  Motion made to accept nominations by Dilley, 2nd by Phillips, Passed 6 yays, 0 nays  A vote was taken and counted by Nightlinger, Hensch, and a member from the audience, Brian Hoff  The top six vote getters and the temporary board are as follows • Tristan Thomas • Craig Dilley • Roy Lane • Greg Smith • Lee Buxton • Mike Jannusch  Meeting was then ran by Nightlinger and officer nominations were accepted  Smith nominated Buxton for President, 2nd by Dilley  Lane nominated Dilley for Secretary, 2nd by Smith  Jannusch nominated Thomas for treasurer, 2nd by Smith  No other nominations were made and Jannusch made motion to close nominations,2nd by Lane, Passed 7 yays, 0 nays  Lane motioned to have all officer positions accepted by acclimation, 2nd by Dilley, Passed, 7 yays 0 nays   Smith motioned for our next meeting to be on Dec 8th, 0730hrs, at the Council Chambers in the city building. 2nd by Dilley, Passed 7 yays 0 nays  Buxton motioned to have one member from every shift be on the bank resolution, 2nd by Thomas, Passed 7 yays 0 nays V.
