CALL TO ORDER • Called to order by Buxton at 0742 hrs. • MEMBERS PRESENT: Nightlinger, Smith, Jannusch, Lane, Buxton, Dilley, Thomas • MEMBERS ABSENT: None • GUESTS: Derrick Odle 2. READING OF THE TREASURER’S REPORT • Checking: $10,636.02 • Money Market: $21,056.08 • Total: $31,692.10 4. OLD BUSINESS • DC Chism Memory Photo- Completed and placed in all stations • Picture Board- Still looking into different options  • Turnout Gear Patch- In the process of completion • 2% Expenditure Form- Completed and placed on H drive • Recliner Purchase- Purchases completed and placed in stations • Mattress/Mattress Covers- Purchases completed and placed in stations • TV Purchases/Relocations- All new TV’s purchased, as well as all relocations completed 9. NEW BUSINESS • Station 1 Grill- Research beginning on alternatives to current setup • HFLS Bags- Dilley motioned to replace all HFLS gear bags at a cost not to excess $450, 2nd by Jannusch, Passed, Lane-Yay Smith- Yay, Dilley- Yay, Thomas- Yay, Jannusch-Yay, Nightlinger- Yay • Hose Trays- Not enough interest from members and idea abandoned • DC Mattress- Buxton motioned to purchase a mattress and mattress cover to be used in the DC’s cubicle, 2nd by Jannusch, Passed, , Lane-Yay Smith- Yay, Dilley- Yay, Thomas- Yay, Jannusch-Yay, Nightlinger- Yay • Ipad and Firehouse- DC Odle presented the board with a proposal to purchase 2 new ipads, 2 Firehouse Inspector software licenses, and 2 cases for the ipads to be used at Station 1 to assist in weekly inventory as well as inspections. Dilley motioned to purchase two ipads, two cases, and two Firehouse Inspector software licenses at a cost not to exceed $2800, 2nd by Lane, Passed, , Lane-Yay Smith- Yay, Dilley- Yay, Thomas- Yay, Jannusch-Yay, Nightlinger- Yay • Station 1 Pole Pads- Lane made a motion to purchase two “Mult-T-Mats” fire pole landing mats, and to pay for the shipping, 2nd by Jannusch, Passed, Lane-Yay Smith- Yay, Dilley- Yay, Thomas- Yay, Jannusch-Yay, Nightlinger- Yay • Disposing of City Property- Nightlinger spoke about the importance of following City of Urbana guidelines when disposing of city property. 10.
