Clark, Town Clerk CUNNINGHAM TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING January 7, 2013 The Cunningham Township Board met in regular session Monday, December 3, 2012 in the Council Chambers at the Urbana City Building, 400 S. Vine Street, Urbana, Illinois. ELECTED OFFICIALS PHYSICALLY PRESENT: Chair: Laurel Lunt Prussing Trustees: Robert Lewis; Eric Jakobsson; Diane W. Marlin; Charlie Smyth; Town Clerk: Phyllis D. Clark Supervisor: Carol Elliott Assessor: Daniel Stebbins ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT VIA TELECONFERENCE: None ELECTED OFFICIALS ABSENT: Brandon Bowersox-Johnson; Heather Stevenson; Dennis Roberts OTHERS PRESENT: Members of the Media A. ROLL CALL Chair Prussing called the meeting of the Cunningham Township Board to order at 7:00 p.m. B. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING Trustee Diane Marlin made a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held December 3, 2012. Trustee Robert Lewis seconded. The motion carried by voice vote. C. COMMITTEE TO VERIFY BILLS The following items were presented in omnibus fashion: 1. Town Fund 2. General Assistance Fund Trustee Robert Lewis made a motion to approve the Town Fund in the amount of $35,136.64 and the General Assistance Fund in the amount of $50,975.19 Trustee Charlie Smyth seconded. The motion carried by voice vote. D. REPORTS OF OFFICERS There were none. E. PETITIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS Carol McKusick addressed the Board with concerns regarding the structure of the Township Board and Annual Town meetings. F. NEW BUSINESS Carol Elliot, Township Supervisor, presented the 2013 Cunningham Town Board Meeting Schedule. Trustee Charlie Smyth made a motion to approve meeting schedule as presented. Trustee Eric Jakobsson seconded. Motion Carried by voice vote. H. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Cunningham Town Board, Chair Prussing declared the meeting adjourned at 7:08 p.m. Wendy M.
