Vine Street, Urbana, Illinois. ELECTED OFFICIALS PHYSICALLY PRESENT: Chair: Laurel Lunt Prussing Trustees: Bill Brown; Eric Jakobsson; Michael P. Madigan; Diane W. Marlin; Dennis Roberts; Charlie Smyth Town Clerk: Phyllis Clark Supervisor: Michelle Mayol Assessor: Absent ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT VIA TELECONFERENCE: Carol Ammons ELECTED OFFICIALS ABSENT: Dan Stebbins, Assessor OTHERS PRESENT: Fred Grosser; Members of the Media A. ROLL CALL Chair Prussing called the meeting of the Cunningham Township Board to order at 7:00 p.m. B. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING Trustee Charlie Smyth made a motion to approved minutes from meeting held on April 7, 2014. Trustee Eric Jakobsson seconded. Motion carried by voice vote. C. COMMITTEE TO VERIFY BILLS The following items were presented in omnibus fashion: 1. Town Fund 2. General Assistance Fund Trustee Dennis Roberts made a motion to approve the Town Fund in the amount of $ 52,208.08 General Assistance Fund in the amount of $ 21,874.96. Trustee Eric Jakobsson seconded. Motion carried by voice vote. D. REPORTS OF OFFICERS There were none. E. PETITIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS There were none. F. UNFINISHED BUSINESS There were none. G. NEW BUSINESS 1. Designation of Final Amended Budget for FY 2015 Cunningham Township Board Meeting Minutes: May 5, 2014 Page 2 of 2 Michelle Mayol, Township Supervisor presented this item for approval. Trustee Charlie Smyth made a motion to approve the amended tentative budget as presented. Trustee Dennis Roberts seconded. Motion carried by roll call. Votes were as follows: Carol Ammons – Aye Diane Marlin - Nay Bill Brown – Aye Dennis Roberts - Aye Eric Jakobsson – Aye Charlie Smyth - Aye Michael Madigan – Nay 2. Discussion of Consolidated Social Service Funding Michelle Mayol, Township Supervisor presented. No action taken on this item. Trustee Diane Marlin will not be supporting anything with consolidated social service funding. Trustee Michael Madigan also agrees with Ms. Marlin and he will not support social service funding. 3. Consideration of Kemper CPA Group, LLP to perform Cunningham Township audit for Fiscal year 2014 & 2015 After presentation Trustee Charlie Smyth made a motion to approve consideration of Kemper CPA Group as presented. Alderwoman Marlin seconded. Motion carried by voice vote. H. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Cunningham Town Board, Chair Prussing declared the meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m. Wendy M.
