Madigan; Diane Marlin; Dennis Roberts; Charles Smyth Town Clerk: Phyllis Clark Supervisor: Absent Assessor: Absent ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT VIA TELECONFERENCE: ELECTED OFFICIALS ABSENT: Michelle Mayol, Township Supervisor; Dan Stebbins, Township Assessor OTHERS PRESENT: Deana Landess; Fred Grosser; Members of the Media A. ROLL CALL Chair Prussing called the meeting of the Cunningham Township Board to order at 7:00 p.m. B. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING Trustee Bill Brown made a motion to approve minutes from meeting held on January 5, 2015. Trustee Dennis Roberts seconded. Motion carried by voice vote. C. COMMITTEE TO VERIFY BILLS The following items were presented in omnibus fashion: 1. Town Fund 2. General Assistance Fund Trustee Charles Smyth made a motion to approve the Town Fund in the amount of $43,610.95 General Assistance Fund in the amount of $18,017.79. Trustee Diane Marlin seconded. Motion carried by voice vote. D. REPORTS OF OFFICERS There were none. E. PETITIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS There were none. F. Resolution No. T-2015-02-001R: Resolution Authorizing Certain Individuals to Sign Checks for Cunningham Township. Effective February 02, 2015. Trustee Diane Marlin made a motion to approve Resolution No. T-2015-02-001R as presented. Trustee Charles Smyth seconded. Motion carried by roll call vote. Votes were as follows: Aaron Ammons – Aye Diane Marlin – Aye Bill Brown – Aye Dennis Roberts - Aye Eric Jakobsson – Aye Charles Smyth - Aye Michael P. Madigan – Aye 2. Trustee Dennis Roberts made a motion to go into closed session at 7:04pm. Pending Litigation Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, 5 ILCS 120/2 (c)(11). Trustee Charles Smyth seconded. Motion carried by roll call. Votes were as follows: Carol Ammons – Aye Diane Marlin – Aye Bill Brown – Aye Dennis Roberts - Aye Eric Jakobsson – Aye Charles Smyth - Aye Michael P.
