Vine Street, Urbana, Illinois. ELECTED OFFICIALS PHYSICALLY PRESENT: Chair: Laurel Lunt Prussing Trustees: Aaron Ammons; Bill Brown; Eric Jakobsson; Michael P. Madigan Diane Marlin; Dennis Roberts Charles Smyth Town Clerk: Phyllis Clark Supervisor: Michelle Mayol Assessor: Dan Stebbins ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT VIA TELECONFERENCE: None ELECTED OFFICIALS ABSENT: None OTHERS PRESENT: Frederic M. Grosser, Members of the Media A. ROLL CALL Chair Prussing called the meeting of the Cunningham Township Board to order at 7:00 p.m. B. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING Trustee Dennis Roberts made a motion to approve minutes from the December 7, 2015 and December 14, 2015(Special) meetings. Trustee Aaron Ammons seconded. Motion carried by voice vote. C. COMMITTEE TO VERIFY BILLS The following items were presented in omnibus fashion: 1. Town Fund 2. General Assistance Fund Trustee Diane Marlin made a motion to approve the Town Fund in the amount of $61,070.56 General Assistance Fund in the amount of $15,280.60. Trustee Dennis Roberts seconded. Motion carried by voice vote. D. REPORTS OF OFFICERS There were none. E. PETITIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS There was none. F. Resolution No. T-2016-01-001R: A Resolution Authorizing Request to Intervene in Formal Hearing with the Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board. Chair Prussing introduced Resolution No. T-2016-01-001R and open the floor for discussion. Assessor Dan Stebbins addressed Trustee’s questions and concerns regarding this resolution. After discussion Trustee Charles Smyth made a motion to approve Resolution No. T-2016-01-001R as presented. Trustee Dennis Roberts seconded. Motion carried by roll call vote. Votes were as follows: Aaron Ammons – Aye Diane Marlin - Aye Bill Brown – Aye Dennis Roberts - Aye Eric Jakobsson, Aye Charles Smyth - Aye Michael P. Madigan – Nay 2. Closed and Open Session to Consider Township Attorney Frederic M. Grosser stated that there is no need to go into closed session at this time because a final decision has not been ruled by the Appellate Court. H.
