Vine Street, Urbana, Illinois. ELECTED OFFICIALS PHYSICALLY PRESENT: Chair: Laurel Lunt Prussing Trustees: Aaron Ammons; Eric Jakobsson; Diane Marlin; Dennis Roberts; Charles Smyth Town Clerk: Phyllis D. Clark Supervisor: Absent Assessor: Dan Stebbins ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT VIA TELECONFERENCE: None ELECTED OFFICIALS ABSENT: Bill Brown, Michael P. Madigan and Michelle Mayol, OTHERS PRESENT: Frederic M. Grosser; Deana Landess; Members of the Media A. ROLL CALL Chair Prussing called the meeting of the Cunningham Township Board to order at 7:02 p.m. B. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING Trustee Aaron Ammons made a motion to approve minutes from June 6, 2016 and June 20, 2016 (Special Meeting). Trustee Eric Jakobsson seconded. Motion carried by voice vote. C. COMMITTEE TO VERIFY BILLS The following items were presented in omnibus fashion: 1. Town Fund 2. General Assistance Fund Trustee Diane Marlin made a motion to approve the Town Fund in the amount of $87,397.17 and the General Assistance Fund in the amount of $14,901.55. Trustee Dennis Roberts seconded. Motion carried by voice vote. D. REPORTS OF OFFICERS There were none. E. PETITIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS There were none. F. Ordinance No. T-2016-07-002: Transfer of Appropriation Ordinance for (FY 2015-2016) Deana Landess Township staff presented Ordinance No. T-2016-07-002 on behalf of Township Supervisor Michelle Mayol. Unable to get clarification on Janitorial expenses and Assessor’s computer services. Trustee Charles Smyth made a motion to approve Ordinance No. T- 2016-07-002 as presented. Closed and Open Session to Consider Township Attorney Frederic M. Grosser stated that there is no need to go into closed session at this time. He gave an update regarding the pending case by Carle Foundation Hospital. H.
