Smyth, Township Clerk CUNNINGHAM TOWNSHIP BOARD Special Meeting Monday, November 18, 2019 The Cunningham Township Board met in Special session Monday, November 18, 2019 at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Urbana City Building, 400 S. Vine Street, Urbana, Illinois. ELECTED OFFICIALS PHYSICALLY PRESENT: Chair: Diane Wolfe Marlin Trustees: Bill Brown, Shirese Hursey, Eric Jakobsson, Jared Miller, Dean Hazen Town Clerk: Charles A. Smyth Assessor: Wayne Williams, Assessor ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT VIA TELECONFERENCE: None ELECTED OFFICIALS ABSENT: Trustees Dennis Roberts and Maryalice Wu, Supervisor Danielle Chynoweth OTHERS PRESENT: None 1. ROLL CALL Chair Marlin called the meeting of the Cunningham Township Board to order at 7:01 pm. 2. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION There was none. 3. NEW BUSINESS a. Resolution No. T-2019-11-018R: A Resolution Determining the Amounts of Money Necessary to be Raised by the Tax Levy for the Tax Year 2019, Collectible in 2020 Chair Marlin introduced Ordinance T-2019-08-002. Clerk Smyth outlined the schedule and next steps including rescheduling of the next Town Board meeting. With no further discussion, the motion passed by roll call vote (5-0): Ayes: Brown, Hazen, Hursey, Jakobsson, and Miller. b. Rescheduling of December 2, 2019 meeting to December 9, 2019 Trustee Hursey moved to reschedule the December 2, 2019 regular Town Board meeting to Dec. 9, 2019. The motion was seconded by Trustee Brown and passed by unanimous voice vote. c. Discussion item: Meeting Schedule for the 2020 Calendar year Town Clerk Smyth noted that a proposed meeting schedule would be presented at the December meeting and if Trustees had any concerns, to please let him know. 4. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Cunningham Township Board, Chair Marlin declared the meeting adjourned at 7:04 pm. Charles A.
