Special Meeting Minutes
Monday, November 1, 2021
The Cunningham Township Board met in special session Monday, November 1, 2021 at 6:30pm. Due to
the Governor and Mayoral Emergency Declarations, this meeting was conducted by virtual attendance
via Zoom.
ELECTED OFFICIALS PHYSICALLY PRESENT:
Chair: Diane Wolfe Marlin

ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT VIA TELECONFERENCE:
Trustees: Maryalice Wu, Chris Evans, Shirese Hursey*, Jaya Kolisetty, Chaundra Bishop, Grace Wilken,
James Quisenberry* (* late arrival)

ELECTED OFFICIALS ABSENT: Danielle Chynoweth, Supervisor

I. ROLL CALL
With a quorum virtually present, Chair Marlin called the special meeting of the Cunningham
Township Board to order at 6:31pm.
II. ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA
None.
III. PUBLIC INPUT
Allan Max Axelrod asked to be removed from all CTSO documents via google. Sarah Nixon wanted to
thank council members for looking into residents privacy rights and expressed concerns about
privacy rights of residents with Pictometry. Christopher Hanson expressed confusion about necessity
of pictometry purchase. Anita Chan spoke in opposition to city council committee of the whole
budget amendment for ALPR.
IV. NEW BUSINESS
Resolution T-2021-11-014R: A Resolution Authorizing the Cunningham Township Assessor to Sign a
Contract with Pictometry International Corp. for Orthogonal and Oblique Imaging
Presented by Assessor Wayne Williams and staff William Harris. This is a renewal of an agreement
with Pictometry imaging software from the previous year to allow for additional imagery to help
assessments. Questions ensued. Discussion included use policy for software.
Motion by CM Wilken to approve. Seconded by CM Quisnberry.
Vote by roll call:
AYE: Evans, Hursey, Kolisetty, Bishop, Quisenberry, Wilken
NAY: Wu
V. ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to come before the Township Board, Chair Marlin declared the meeting
adjourned at 7:15pm.
