The Urbana Free Library Board of Trustees Minutes of the Nominating Committee held on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 Present: Barb Bennett and Jane Williams Also present: Becky Brown Call to Order and Roll Call The Nominating Committee of The Urbana Free Library Board of Trustees met in the Lewis Auditorium of The Urbana Free Library on May 14, 2019. The meeting was called to order by trustee, Barb Bennett, at 6:50 p.m. Additions, Corrections, Modifications, and Approval of Agenda Barb and Jane agreed there were no changes to the agenda and approved the agenda. Public Comment None. Action Items Jane and Barb approved the minutes of the March 12, 2019 meeting. Discussion Item Barb and Jane discussed recommendations for the FY20 Slate of Officers.
