Palmieri, Mayor; William Morehouse, Comptroller; Celeste Friend, 3rd District Councilmember; Michael Galime, Common Council President; David Short, Department of Public Works Commissioner Also Present: Melissa Sciortino, City Clerk; RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE A TRANSFER OF FUNDS; $2,000.00 FROM GOLF CONT. GROUNDS LABOR TO GOLF GAS AND OIL: TO COVER OVERAGES IN GASOLINE AND OIL ACCOUNT Motion is made by Friend The motion is seconded by Morehouse Ayes: Friend, Morehouse, Palmieri, Galime, Short - 5 Nays: 0 All in Favor – Adopted. RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE A BOND ORDINANCE AUTHOURIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $1,120,000 SERIAL BONDS OF THE CITY OF UTICA, ONEIDA COUNTY, NEW YORK TO FINANCE THE COST OF CERTAIN CAPITAL PROJECTS. A motion is made by Mayor Palmieri The motion is seconded by Morehouse Ayes: Palmieri, Morehouse, Friend, Short - 4 Nays: Galime - 1 All in Favor – Adopted.
