Galime, Mayor; Katie Aiello, 1st District Councilmember; Rocco Giruzzi, Common Council President Diana Koury, Deputy Comptroller; David Short, Department of Public Works Commissioner; Almir Kaltak, Budget Director; William Borrill, Corporation Counsel Also Present: Melissa Sciortino, City Clerk/Secretary to E&A; Andrew Castilla, Deputy City Clerk RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE A SETTLEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $55,000 BETWEEN THE CITY OF UTICA AND JOHNSON’S AUTO BODY INC. A motion is made by Mayor Galime The motion is seconded by Councilmember Aiello Ayes: Galime, Aiello, Koury, Giruzzi, Short – 5 Nays: 0 Adopted.
