City of Utica Board of Estimate & Apportionment – Regular Meeting September 24th, 2024 The meeting is called to order at 3:14 p.m. Present: Michael P. Galime, Mayor; Katie Aiello, 1st District Councilmember; Rocco Giruzzi, Common Council President Diana Khoury, Deputy Comptroller; David Short, Commissioner DPW Also Present: Melissa Sciortino, City Clerk/Secretary to E&A Almir Kaltak, Budget Director David Longeretta, Assistant Corporation Counsel A motion to enter into Executive Session to discuss. Lackey vs. City of Utica, made by Mayor Galime Motion seconded by Councilmember Aiello.
