City of Utica Board of Estimate & Apportionment – Regular Meeting November 4, 2024 The meeting is called to order at 3:08 P.M. Present: Michael Galime, Mayor; David Short, DPW Commissioner; William Morehouse, Comptroller; Rocco Giruzzi, Common Council President Also Present: Andrew Castilla, Deputy City Clerk Almir Kaltak, Budget Director; Nicholas Bridenbecker, Engineering RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE A TRANSFER OF FUNDS TO BALANCE ARPA PROJECTS. THIS ENTRY IS BEING MADE TO ADDRESS THE SEVERAL PROJECTS OVER BUDGET. INCLUDING $400,000 TO ROSCOE CONKLING FOR MORE POTENTIAL OVERAGES AND $159,000 TO SUPPLEMENT THE CDBG FUNDS RECEIVED TO BE USED FOR INTERIOR PARK WORK FOR ADA COMPLIANCY A motion is made by Mayor Galime The motion is seconded by Giruzzi Ayes: Galime, Giruzzi, Short, Morehouse – 4 Nays: 0 Adopted.
